- Why do some images on the site have watermarks? We are very proud of our high quality resources and work very hard to make them; we want to show them off on our web site! Without adding a watermark, it would be very easy to copy and paste an image and essentially get it for free, albeit at a much lower quality. Obviously, we want to disourage this without making our images so small that you can't see them at all, so we add watermarks. This applies to all preview images of our PDF downloadables as well as some "cover" images too, which are designed to show the downloadable "in action". We want to take a fair approach to this - hopefully the watermarks are not too intrusive. Of course, to be absolutely clear, there are no watermarks on the PDF files you purchase.
- How do I download my purchased downloadables? - After purchase, you can access your downloadables from your account dashboard. To protect our servers, downloads are available for 24 hours after purchase. Contact us if you have problems.
- What payment methods do you accept? - We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Can I get a refund? - Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds as standard, but please let us know your circumstances and we will consider on a case-by-case basis.
