All of the words included in this resource are the 100 high-frequency words in order from the DfES ‘Letters and Sounds’ Appendix 1.

List of 100 high-frequency words in order
As said, x5 versions of the same word list are included. These vary as follows:
- using larger text (size 16 font) without grid lines
- using smaller text (size 12 font) without grid lines
- with grid lines (size 12 font)
- with grid lines (size 12 font) and a blank check box to the left of every word
- using a child-friendly font (Sassoon Infant) with even larger text (size 25 font)
