What's it for?

This resource is for educators and parents to include learners when planning for the weeks, months and year ahead by identifying the different events and celebrations that are coming up.

Who’s it for?

Designed for learners from early years through to older students, this versatile resource is ideal for both classroom and home use.

How to use these resources?

Print out the weekly plans needed (resource 1), x5 sheets for all months except February, x4 sheets for February. Date and number each weekly sheet (top, right). Add a title (top, centre) if required. Print out sheets needed (resource 2). Cut along dotted lines to separate. Group events month by month (use coloured lines to guide which images fit which month). Stick events on to the 'Weekly Planner' sheets for the correct week the event occurs to ensure celebrations are planned for not overlooked/missed.

Resource 1 Summary

This set of 'weekly plans' has been designed to last throughout any year. The specific week number can be written on (top, right) to keep weeks ordered, helpful to look back and plan ahead.

Each sheet is designed with eight boxes, with seven days of the week and a flexible eighth box for additional notes, goals, or reminders.
